If you have viewed a property that is available for lease and you want to make application to rent it, you will need to fill out the Tenancy Application Form provided to you by our property manager or available online at this website. Just complete all areas where information is required and fax it back to us.
You will be required to supply References or/and Testimonials from past Landlords, so it is advisable to have these ready, preferably in writing, so that your Application can be fast tracked. This will supply us with most of the information needed to assess your application.
