All rents are payable calendar monthly in advance. You will need to 4 weeks rent in advance, plus minimum of 4 weeks rent as a Bond. For more expensive properties the bond may need to be increased. The first month's rent and the bond MUST BE PAID BY TWO (2) SEPARATE BANK CHEQUES or MONEY ORDERS:
- One bank cheque for a calendar month's rent made payable to the 'Residential Tenancies Bond Authority'.
- One bank cheque made payable to Metropole Property Management Pty Ltd for the amount of one months rent. This needs to be paid in full by a bank cheque or money order prior to you moving into the property.
