We guarantee you professional and courteous service at all times by being readily available to talk through your needs and most importantly being your eyes and ears at your property.

Our company uses up-to-date systems, software and IT technology to ensure we collect your rent promptly and pay it directly into your bank account in a timely manner.
Minimal vacancy periods
While we cannot guarantee that your property will never be vacant, we will minimize vacancy periods by advertising widely on the internet as well as in the papers if necessary and through our conjunctional estate agents and relocation agencies. We will hold 'open for inspections' - and personally escort all prospective tenants through your property and then attend to tenancy applications promptly and contact you for instructions.
Check all tenant references with the National Tenancy Database
Our stringent tenant selection process ensures that we have the best possible tenant for your rental property. Checks on the industry tenancy database (only available to agents) reduces the risk of selecting the wrong tenant.
Regular property inspections
We carry out regular internal and external inspections for our Landlords and provide a written report and advise on the condition of your property. We also take photos to minimise disputes with the tenants.
Professional assessment and handling of property maintenance
To protect your property, we provide 7 day, 24 hour emergency maintenance service for your tenants and only use qualified trades people.
Internal systems audited monthly
All funds are handled through an audited trust account and our staff is covered by professional indemnity insurance. We only employ trained personnel who understand the responsibilities of looking after your property and who know exactly how to do it right the first time.

Free appraisal of market rent each year
